We recommend you send the item back via tracked and signed service (Royal Mail's special delivery), so that it arrives back to us as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post.
In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:
Start by sending us an email to info@effiesbeauty.com;with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 10 days after your purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund. *Hair that has been coloured, dyed or bleached is exempt from this policy as we cannot take responsibility for color damaged hair.
