Effie's Beauty prides in all clients customer satisfaction. Due to this, in reasonable circumstances, we guarantee our premium services where we offer  exchanges on all UNUSED items ONLY within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges on ANY CUSTOM OR COLORED ORDERS. This does not affect your statutory rights or our quality guarantee.

Email us at info@effiesbeauty.com if you have any problems and we will try our best to solve any issues you may encounter.

To Exchange:

1) Exchange Reason

You must first email us stating your reasons for exchange.

2) Item Condition

Your item must be unused, it must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Photos will also be required for the review process.

3) Return Shipping Charges

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. It must only be sent via a tracked service.

4) Refund/Exchange Process

Once we have received your return, we will issue you an exchange on an item that covers the price of the original item. If any balance is being owed from your end or our end, our customer services info@effiesbeauty.com will assist you further.

We recommend you send the item back via tracked and signed service (Royal Mail's special delivery), so that it arrives back to us as we cannot take liability for any lost returns in the post.

In the event of a Damaged/faulty item:

Start by sending us an email to info@effiesbeauty.com with images of the damaged item. We will advise whether the item can be rectified and access whether the damage was indeed our fault. In the rare instance it was our fault, we would ask that you send your item back to us. Once your Item is received and inspected, we will then proceed to offer you an exchange or a full refund. This policy lasts 10 days after your purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund. *Hair that has been coloured, dyed or bleached is exempt from this policy as we cannot take responsibility for color damaged hair.
