1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. For bundles and frontals, please ensure that weft must be unfolded, worn, or tampered with; For Lace wigs, Lace should be intact and hair unwashed, unbleached and uncolored . Ideally we will not process a Return when heat or styling products have been applied. Pictures with intact lace are required; For U - Part & V - Part wigs, no return/exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the 'U' or 'V' shape area or tamper the hair in any way such as brushing, washing, colored, or bleached and so on.
2. The return shipping fee is afforded by the buyer, We advise you use USPS/Royal Mail for your return.
3. All items should be authorized before returning to the given return address. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package is shipped out, we can't cancel or modify order information in any case. Additionally, please do not refuse packages even if you don't want the hair anymore, we can't offer a 100% refund if the package is refused without contacting our customer service, with a substantial reason.
How to return?
Step 1: Please contact our aftersales service representatives within 14 days of receipt of your wig via email.

Please leave your order number & the reason why you want to exchange or return your hair, please attach any applicable pictures to evidence claim.
Step 2: After the Return request has been authorized, someone from our customer service team will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to.
Step 3: Please ship the hair back to the address provided including the order no and any other relevant information. We DO NOT accept the return packages without our Return Authorization. And please kindly email us the return tracking number when you ship the hair back. We will start the process of refund or exchange when we receive the return package.
If paid by a bank card, payment should be returned to your bank account between 10 - 15 days.
If paid by other alternatives, payment returns will vary.
